Why?

How many times did you ask that as a child? If you have children, how many times have you heard that asked of you as a parent? When was the last time you asked yourself that question in your life at work?

For me it was a life-changing question I asked myself a few years ago.

I'm pictured here with Karla, at a fundraiser in Los Barriles, Mexico back in 2017. She is one of the children at the New Creation Kids orphanage in La Paz, Mexico. The fundraiser was for them. I was invited to help by my good friends Adam & Tracey who have a vacation home in Los Barriles. Karla is one of the reasons I found my 'why'. It's also one of the reasons I co-founded leaders2inspire, and joined the Board of leaders2give.

That trip, that fundraiser, that experience, changed my life.

So, in this blog I'm intentionally linking you to our leaders2inspire blog. I am a frequent contributor to the leaders2inspire blog. This week I shared how I came to realize I needed to work with purpose, AND how I transitioned from 'live-to-work' TO 'work-to-live'.
